FYI: rc1 is packaged and built for Fedora in rawhide (unreleased
latest). At the moment the Fedora spec file is identical to what is
being used to prepare for RHEL-7.

The Fedora rawhide build is freeradius-3.0.0-0.4.rc1.fc21 and can be
found in Koji here:
