As Arran wrote, this current dictionary is only a partial one, the
referenced whitepaper doesn't contain more information. Without further
documentation (ask them) it's not possible to get any further.

Arran's answer from a similar (Netgear-related) topic last year applies
here too: "There's no way to query the NAS to determine which attributes
it supports. Or to decode unknown VSAs into meaningful data. This is not
a limitation of FreeRADIUS, but a limitation of the protocol."*
