Freeradiusd-3.0.6 Wrong acctstartime, acctupdatetime, acctstoptime

Ok' 

But the same NAS when used with freeradiusd-2.x, shows correct
acctstarttime, and acctstoptime. So where can be the problem. i find the
problem with freeradiusd-3.0.6.
