Ah, OK, that explains and yes, the updated dictionary does indeed
return the format I was expecting to see. I cleaned up the eapol_test
commit and verified that the Session-Id values match for EAP-TTLS and
PEAP. For EAP-pwd, it looks like FreeRADIUS does not yet expose the
Session-Id through this mechanism.
