Yes, I know that. But in

Others suggested the same or similar. But that doesn't work.

"%{outer.request:Called-Station-SSID}" works.
&outer.request:Called-Station-SSID works not.

I am not supposed to be too pedantic about the "should" thus I can only 
put these results here and let someone conclude who knows the internals 
of freeradius.
