That's now how it works. The client devices don't send the 
Access/Accounting requests - the NAS (wireless platform) does.

If you're not seeing an Access-Request, your wireless system isn't 
sending one, which probably means the wireless system doesn't think the 
client has re-authenticated.

Consult your wireless vendor for info on how it treats new/current 
clients when reauthentication works, or how to force reauth.
