How to configure freeradius on switch cisco catalyst 2940 and switch juniper ex2200 ?

freeradius doesnt run on those devices so you dont.

you configure RADIUS on  those switches following the vendors documentation and then configure
RADIUS on eg a Linux box or MacOSX syetem following the FreeRADIUS documentation.
