Aborted when seeing Failing proxied request

Same here with 3.0.x commit f4d1e488b182d005f9cd0c29f63c77feae6c8405.

During a test, if I stop the home server, I'm getting "Failing proxied 
request" errors, then FreeRADIUS crashes. No log about zombie, though.
