VLAN assignment with Certificate attributes

Yes, I assume that it's independent, but to assign a VLAN with the couple
Login/PWD, you only need to precise the VLAN in the "users" file :

   Tunnel-Type = VLAN,
        Tunnel-Medium-Type = IEEE-802,
        Tunnel-Private-Group-ID = 31
