Connection issues with Android Marshmallow - RESOLVED

I was able try my new radius build (freeradius-2.2.9 with openssl-1.0.1e-42 on both build host and radius server) with "allow_vulnerable_openssl = yes".

eapol_test now succeeds (MPPE keys OK: 1  mismatch: 0), one Marshmallow user has responded "it's working!", and I do not see any signs of other issues.
