Configuring PEAP

Hi,

I'm not clear on what the exact circumstances are that trigger the problem. 
We have 3.0.9, and I was able to authenticate with iOS 9 and EAP-TTLS 
without any apparent problems. We're on RHEL 6, so TLS 1.2 is supported on 
the server.

What am I missing?
