is binary suitable for your platform? you can just take an older linux binary and run it on another
system and expect it to just work - there are library dependencies.  probably need a new
copy compiled for that GLIBC2.3 or whatever system it is - and RH7 based systems are openssl 1.0.1
or somesuch now, not 1.0.0
