I dont know what i can do to get it running...
My switch is an hp 2530-8g

I configure the following:
radius-server host <NPS ServerIP> key <SecretKey>
no telnet-server
no web-management
aaa authentication login privilege-mode
aaa authentication console login peap-mschapv2 local
aaa authentication console enable peap-mschapv2 local
aaa authentication ssh login peap-mschapv2 local
aaa authentication ssh enable peap-mschapv2 local

Try with "freeradius -X" (should be easier to read) and the link from FR wiki.

At least you know that basic mschap works, so it's probably some config items specific to your switch that needs tweaking.
