Upgrading FreeRadius / MSSQL

I would assume that if the module doesnt allow multiple servers to be defined,
then you can have 2 instances and use the usual failover mechanism

the latest 3.0.x from GIT will have all recent bugfixes/tweaks.... theres
also the 3.1.x track which some would suggest that you use.
