People on this list are actually very helpful in solving problems, 
including Alan. It is true, that if someone is ignorant, doesn't read 
the debug log or the documentation, etc it it pointed out very directly. 
But people actually get help. So perhaps next time you subscribe to a 
new list, wait a few days before you form an opinion about others.
