Load clients from SQL

Hi,

3.0.9 fix list:


When adding clients from a DB, add them to a virtual server if that virtual server has a "listen" section. Otherwise, add the clients to the global list.


I think thats the one (very much related to same issue fixed in 2.2.8 too)


building an RPM for 3.0.11 is very easy - just follow the instructions.
