Only if you do this without prior permission (and people acknowledging
that) and not in a Faraday cage (as he had done). :-)

But yes... The point is very clear: Don't do this unless you'd like some
cozy interaction with the local plod, the Met, and then one (or more)
member(s) of the judiciary. ;-)
