Hi.

Try unckecking the box in your network configuration at win7.
As you can see on (Passo 4): 
http://www.midiacom.uff.br/eduroam-br/arquivos/eduroamConfigWin7.pdf
I think your are using an untrusted CA for windows (out of the default 
trusted CA list).
