Releasing 3.0.13 soon?

Trying to avoid the same problem as last time...

I've just done a Debian sbuild with jessie-amd64 and wheezy-amd64.
Jessie (stable) builds packages fine. Wheezy (oldstable) is fine
if the dependencies for samba-dev* are removed, which I think is
acceptable.
