Unable to clear cache using radmin

   Hi ,

   I was just trying to clear the cache using the following command as
   described in the module doc
   radmin -e "set module config cache epoch 123456789"
   ERROR: Cannot change configuration of module as it is cannot be HUP'd.

   I keep getting the above error message .

   FR 3.0.11
   OS Fedora 25

   Any pointers would be appreciated. Is trying to restart the radius
   deamon or something ?
