non default/custom ports not working with freeradius3 - Help needed

Hi,

Please find below , the problem that we are facing

We had installed radius on Centos . It is having radius version 3.0.13

When we use a custom port for Authentication , it fails with the following
error:

(0) User-Password = "test"

(0) ERROR: No Auth-Type found: rejecting the user via Post-Auth-Type =
Reject

(0) Failed to authenticate the user

(0) Using Post-Auth-Type Reject

(0) Post-Auth-Type sub-section not found. Ignoring.

But it is working when we use the default port . We tried downgrading it to
the working version (2.1.7 or 2.2.6 ), But it looks like the Centos
version (7.4.1708) doesn’t have a compatible radius 2.x.x version (3.x .x
upwards only). I have not disabled anything in sites-enabled/default file
(only the clients.conf have been modified for adding my device ip)

Please have a look into this. The user info & the debug log in radius server
are pasted below

test cleartext-password := "test"

 Service-Type = 'Login',

 Cisco-AVPair += 'Shell:tasks=#root-system,#cisco-support'
