mysql change time in radcheck table

Ok I got it.

UPDATE radcheck
       SET value = replace(value, '12:00:00', '00:00:00')
       WHERE attribute = 'Expiration';

What does your insertion into the radcheck table?. from what i understand,
you need to do a MySQL Update statement or something.
