Yes.  So to be clear.  For every enabled eap-method you need to list it as a type.

The module parses the types and uses them to load the .so/.dylibs for the individual eap-methods, then passes the section of the same name to the eap-method parser.

If you don't list the eap method type then the config section is ignored.
