  No one cares about IP addresses.  There's no secret information there.

  As for secrets, read the debug output:

$ radiusd -X | grep secret

 	secret = <<< secret >>>
 	secret = <<< secret >>>
 	secret = <<< secret >>>
   	private_key_password = <<< secret >>>
  	secret = <<< secret >>>

  Masking is done automatically.
