Freeradius, building from sources using unixodbc-dev not libiodbc2-dev package.

I plan to install Asterisk and Freeradius at teh same Ubuntu server, that
is to build from sources.
But there is dependency conflict.
Asterisk needs unixodbc-dev for correctly working with DBs, as Freeradius
requires libiodbc2-dev.
And it conflicts each other.

Is it possible to make Freeradius with unixodbc-dev without functionality
lacking ?
Or it is not and is libiodbc2-dev only required ?
