I think you should fix your samba setup first. 

Your smb.conf is not correctly setup and without that being correctly
ntlm_auth is not going to work in free radius

Read :

https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Authenticating_Freeradius_against_Active_Directory

For FreeRadius and auth only, RID (or autorid) setup is sufficient
