That is the reply I feared ;-)
I used a Samsung Galaxy tablet which is very hard to describe from a
software point of view between Android version (11), One UI Core
(3.1), SE (enforced) and Knox (3.7) ...

Maybe I should use a different device for my testings (a Google Pixel
?) and prepare a B Plan for "non-compliant-with-my-settings" devices.
Life is hard !
