because of the _other_ error that was in your previous messages:<br>

(Failed creating PID file /usr/local/fnmt/var/run/radiusd/radiusd.pid: Permission denied)<br>
<br>
make sure that you have a /usr/local/fnmt/var/run/radiusd directory<br>
and that it is writable etc by the 'radiusd' user<br>
