</div>  Really?  This question has been asked and answered probably hundreds<br>
of times on this list.  The answer is always the same:<br>
<br>
  Fix the database.<br>
<br>
  The database is either down, or it is not responding to queries.  No<br>
amount of forum-shopping or poking at FreeRADIUS will fix the DB.<br>
