Hi,<br><br>I downloaded the freeradius-server-2.1.9 and tried to install on my Linux box, I did './configure --prefix=/tmp/freeradius', 'make' and then 'make install', a problem appears in the 'make install'. The error messages are as the followings:<br><br>libtool: install: error: cannot install `rlm_acctlog.la' to a directory not ending in /usr/local/lib<br>gmake[6]: *** [install] Error 1<br>gmake[6]: Leaving directory `/home/henrys/download/freeRadius/freeradius-server-2.1.9/src/modules/rlm_acctlog'<br>gmake[5]: *** [rlm_acctlog] Error 2<br>gmake[5]: Leaving directory `/home/henrys/download/freeRadius/freeradius-server-2.1.9/src/modules'<br>gmake[4]: *** [install] Error 2<br>gmake[4]: Leaving directory `/home/henrys/download/freeRadius/freeradius-server-2.1.9/src/modules'<br>gmake[3]: *** [modules] Error 2<br>gmake[3]: Leaving directory `/home/henrys/download/freeRadius/freeradius-server-2.1.9/src'<br>gmake[2]: *** [install] Error 2<br>gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/home/henrys/download/freeRadius/freeradius-server-2.1.9/src'<br>gmake[1]: *** [src] Error 2<br>gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/home/henrys/download/freeRadius/freeradius-server-2.1.9'<br>make: *** [install] Error 2<br><br>I had a libtool installed already on my Linux box under /usr/bin/libtool, which is an old version of the libtool (2.2.6 other than the one defined in freeradius-server-2.1.9 with libtool ver 2.2.8.
