<p>That's a network comunication related topic as Alan told you, first you need to fix it and then test your radius configuration.</p>
<p>This is not the correct place to work with network issues, if your msn works or not has nothing yo do with the radius server. it just authenticate users, it doesn't have anything yo do with internet traffic.</p>
