started?
<DIV>localhost indicates that freeradius is looking for mysql on the machine
from which it is running.</DIV>
<DIV>Or is it running from a different machine? In which case you need to change
the server parameter in sql.conf.</DIV>
<DIV>You may need to open the firewall on port 3306 on the machine running mysql
