You do know how to enable it, right? You know the difference between<br>
raddb/sites-enabled and raddb/sites-available?<br>

And the point of running the server in debugging mode is to READ IT.<br>
If it doesn't say "listening on 3799", then you CAN'T SEND IT PACKETS to<br>
port 3799.<br>
