Thank you for your reply. I would like to highlight that I have
checked that the switch and the radius server can ping each
other. Moreover, they are on the same network and the routing
also works. Hence, to me it does not seem like a network
issue. <br>

I would greatly appreciate any further help in this regard. <br>

I may be stating the obvious, but since you have done the
configuration perfectly and the packets are not reaching the RADIUS
server you might check the configuration of the switch and the network
to make sure they can reach each other.

I have deployed radius server + daloradius + MySQL in centos 6 and

this: the server is responding and accepting the packets locally but
when I try to authenticate through the HP ProCurve switch the server
does not respond.
I have also stopped the iptables services still radius server is not
listening and during debug we found that the request is not even
reaching radius server and moreover I am not getting any error
message at all.
I will be grateful if anybody can help me out to overcome this
