Issue with keep server of radius on
When I use "radiusd -X" command in TeraTerm on remote pc to start up the server of radius, If I keep the TeraTerm openning, the radius server can work well, it means that the client can receive response of request well. But if I close the TeraTerm, then the client can not receive response of request any longer. How can I solve this problem or how can I keep the radius server on whenever the TeraTerm is openning or closing.
run the server without -X option "yiyongyun" <yiyongyun@126.com> Sent by: freeradius-devel-bounces+nayan.gjain=lntinfotech.com@lists.freeradius.org 12/02/2008 06:20 PM Please respond to FreeRadius developers mailing list <freeradius-devel@lists.freeradius.org> To <freeradius-devel@lists.freeradius.org> cc Subject Issue with keep server of radius on When I use "radiusd -X" command in TeraTerm on remote pc to start up the server of radius, If I keep the TeraTerm openning, the radius server can work well, it means that the client can receive response of request well. radiusd -X is only for debugging.. Run it without -X if you are not trying to debug a problem. If you really need to run in debug mode for extended periods of time try running radiusd inside the "screen" command http://kb.iu.edu/data/acuy.html Regards -- Peter Nixon http://peternixon.net/
