Google Summer of Code 2007
As Google didn't accept FreeRADIUS as a mentoring organization last year, I don't know whether we will try to apply for the Summer of Code again. But if this is the case, we'll have to contact Google between March 5-12, 2007. http://code.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=60302&topic=10727 -- Nicolas Baradakis

Google seems to be biased towards people they've worked with in the past (i.e. they admitted that much last year.) They also like "sexy" projects that get them lots of publicity. What projects can we propose that Google might get excited over? RADIUS is a small space with little visibity, so that's a strike against us. At the same time, they've funded tiny projects with next to no users, but see above for why.
