FR shouldn't use more than a few megabytes of memory. If it uses more, something is misconfigured.

if stop radiusd then using system memory is roll back if restart radiusd then memory roll back and ... very strange, FR2.2.0(git) immediate restart radiusd but roll back is not.

The memory doesn't return to the system if the server exits? Your OS is broken. Alan DeKok.
