Do we need a call for new web site design
The look of the web site hasn't been updated for a few years. Could we update it? We can post a call for comments on -users, and look for consensus. I've found a number of free templates, but I can't find one that looks simple, but good. I'm looking for: - 2 columns (news on left, text on right) - header (slogans, etc) - blue, grey, or black color scheme - clean & simple looking - "liquid" (i.e. handles different resolutions well) - cross-platform compatibility - not boxy (there are a LOT of boxy schemes out there) Alan DeKok.

Hmm.. One option.. (Not sure if its a good one or not) is to move the entire site to the wiki. We can lock certain pages so only admins can update them, (front page etc) What do you think? -- Peter Nixon http://www.peternixon.net/ PGP Key: http://www.peternixon.net/public.asc

It's an option. I'd prefer to put the pages into version control, though, so that developers with CVS commit access can update the web pages without getting yet another login. That also makes it easier to set up multiple mirrors. I did some CSS on the weekend, see: http://deployingradius.com/freeradius/ It's not done, but it looks somewhat better than what we have now.
