how many request can freeradius handle?
Hello All i am very new to this list... i am working on project for a WISP.. they want a radius server to manage their clients.. my question is how many subscriber can a freeradius server handle... i know we can load balance the database but currently i am working on a single server with the following configuration... FreeRADIUS running on a machine with those hardware specifications should be able to handle between 25,000 and 50,000 requests/s. You'll need to do your own calculations to determine your predicated packet rate.
