I just realized that the cpu with four processors is oscillating at 100% on one of them, all the time.

If closing the freeradius the CPU back to normal.

NAS: APs Ubiquiti (WPAe EAP PEAP)

Server:
ubuntu 64 12:04
freeradius 2.1.10+dfsg-3ubuntu0.12.04.2
freeradius-postgresql
