I need to see the connection log when users login to the radius
i was using freeradius -X and it was working great

yesterday it started giving this error :

/etc/freeradius/radiusd.conf[240]: Error binding to port for 0.0.0.0 port 1812

how do i free it so i will get the log again? (I am running in superuser  mode.)
