I switched to freeradius2.
I did edit only sql.conf to the correct MySQL values and I did import schema.sql from sql/mysql/. I did add a user to the new tables and that is about all.
Now I get the below, I did NOT edit any other settings, is there something that needs to be done so FR checks in the database like adding sql entries to authorize{} and session{}

Delete the 1.1.3 version.
Install freeradius2.
