My scenario should be like this

user x ---> (LAC) --> NAS1 (POP 1)
--> NAS2 (POP2 )

1- How i Can achieve Freeradius redundancy over multiple pop locations
2- i need user x to allways connect to just NAS2

Note : My NAS (Cisco LNS : ASR 10k router)
