I'd like to know what means " You probably need to lower "min" "

exactly what it says... you have a minimum number of connections
defined...and a maximum and a starting number.... a lot of your connections
are idle and doing nothing...thus are being closed down..the server
is recommending that you dont start as many connections to your DB.
