I've a few questions about authentication by md5.

I have a ldap database where password are encrypted in sha, so according to the following link, i only can do pap:
http://deployingradius.com/documents/protocols/compatibility.html

But i need to authenticate users with login/pwd (it's necessary), which mean eap md5 or eap ttls/peap.
So, it is possible? if not, what can i do?
