the matter is not change the server

i have the same version of Freeradius.net running
in a Win 7 64, and now need move it to Win server 2008r2, must be a way to make
it work.
i just cant change the os or run a vm with a linux
inside.

It should take you all of 2
hours to download a Linux distribution,
and run it inside of a VM.
