Then Error: Discarding duplicate request from client auths2 port 61015 - ID: 221 due to unfinished request 385 Then Error: WARNING: Unresponsive child for request 384, in module sql2_redundant component accounting Then Error: rlm_sql_oracle: execute query failed in sql_query: ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel  Error: rlm_sql_oracle: OCI_SERVER_NOT_CONNECTED I hope you could help me were to start to debug and solve the problem.
