Thanks for reply vijay. I checked cisco 2821 nas guide for freeradius AAA client configuration with few cisco-avpair examples.

I want to use VSA (Vendor Specific Attributes ) with cisco-avpair attribute.I did not found any example to use VSA attributes in cisco-avpair.

If anyone implemented PPPoe connection with freeradius and Cisco NAS ,Please share Document link or any example to know how we can send Data usage limit and other attributes in reply .

Cisco-Avpair += 'lcp:interface-config#2=rate-limit input 3194304 10000 10000 conform-action continue exceed-action drop'
It's working for limit user upload /download speed.
