Maybe try it like this

                                           $RAD_REPLY{'Reply-Message'} = "Your account has expired";
                                        return RLM_MODULE_REJECT;

                }else {

                                        $RAD_REPLY{'Session-Timeout'} = "$lefttime";
                                        return RLM_MODULE_OK;
