Tiny Radius works well as well I find.

When I run the application, appears this:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (net.jradius.log.Log4JRadiusLogger).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

And really I dont know what happens.

Look for jradius.  It provides what you are looking for.
